Reality Check: Founded as HOR (Harmonized Operations Research) in 1983. Started as defense-adjacent analytics, but really about neural systems modeling and decision silicon. Built the Meridian Optimizer that three logistics firms white-labeled. The TAC-12 chips shipped on ISA daughtercards - nobody knew they were from HOR. Classic invisible B2B strategy from day one.
The "advanced computational frameworks" were early neural networks running on custom silicon. They cracked decision tree optimization in real-time, but the applications were darker than fleet management.
